This program has enabled our start‐up company to apply individuals who did not take the skill set up to be immediately constructive in their roles and spend more time intensively preparation them with the skills needed to exist successful long‐term. The back up from OhioMeansJobs Summit County's On-the-Task Grooming Program to offset the cost of that training, and the back up of the staff through the awarding process, really helped!

The CCMEP team has truly been a superior support system in my life. As a offset-generation high school graduate, the program introduced me to things I never would have experienced. From teaching piece of work ethic, to practicing accountability, there was never a time, meeting, or lesson I encountered that has not helped me in the long run, even after leaving the programme. Not only does the program expose you to real life situations, the mentor/family aspect of things is a bond that will exist appreciated for years to come up.
